It depends on how many teeth you have done and which material your dentist recommends, so we do not publish a single figure — quoting one before we have seen your teeth would be guesswork. Send a photo of your smile and you receive one written all-inclusive quote, usually within 24 hours and with no obligation. Once it is agreed it does not change.

Your all-inclusive package covers the examination and 3D scan, your digital smile design, the veneers themselves, all laboratory work, temporary veneers, the trial fitting and the final bonding, hotel accommodation, VIP transfers between airport, hotel and hospital, an English-speaking coordinator and your written aftercare plan. Flights are not included, so you can book the route and dates that suit you.

A veneer is a thin porcelain facing bonded to the front of a tooth that is otherwise sound. A crown covers the whole tooth and is used where the tooth is heavily filled, root-treated or badly worn. Most smile makeovers are a mix of the two, decided tooth by tooth after your examination — your dentist explains which teeth need which, and why, in writing before any work starts.

Often fewer than people expect. Eight to ten teeth covers what most people show when they smile; sixteen or twenty is for patients who show their lower teeth as well. We only prepare teeth that need it, and the digital design shows you exactly which — you approve the plan before any work begins.

Laminate veneers need a thin layer of enamel taken off the front surface so the porcelain sits flush instead of looking bulky. How much depends on the tooth and on how far it has to move visually — a tooth that is already close to the right shape needs very little. Your dentist shows you what is planned for each tooth on your digital design, and recommends a crown only where a veneer would not hold.

The design is yours to approve. Your shape, length and shade are drawn on a 3D scan of your own teeth and then tried in your mouth as a mock-up before anything is prepared, so you see it on your own face rather than in a brochure. If it looks too white, too long or too square to you, it is changed before treatment starts. Results vary from person to person — your dentist tells you at consultation what is realistic for your teeth, your gum line and your bite.

Plan for 5 to 7 nights, in two hospital visits. The first is your examination, scan, design and preparation; the laboratory then makes your veneers over the following days; the second is your trial fitting and final bonding. You should not fly home before your veneers are bonded and your bite has been checked.

Local anaesthetic is used for the preparation and for the fitting, and sedation is available inside the hospital for anxious patients. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain, with some sensitivity to hot and cold for a few days while the temporaries are on.

It depends on the material, on your bite and on how you care for them. Porcelain is durable but not indestructible: grinding your teeth, biting your nails or opening packaging with your front teeth will shorten their life. You brush and floss them as you would your own teeth and keep your regular check-ups. Your dentist explains the expected lifespan and the guarantee that comes with your work in your written plan.

A chipped veneer is normally replaced rather than repaired — the single unit is remade in the laboratory and re-bonded. Tell your coordinator as soon as it happens and send a photograph; what is covered, and for how long, is set out in your written plan before you travel. It is also why a night guard is recommended if you grind your teeth.

In a full JCI-accredited hospital with its own dental laboratory — not a day clinic. That matters for sterilisation and imaging standards, and for the sedation and medical backup available on site if you need them.
